Lane) She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified fitness nutrition specialist, weight loss specialist, health coach, personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and CA Board Certified Licensed massage therapist just looking share her passion of educating and helping others live healthy, happy lives.
