Doing our part for the future
In addition to sourcing environmentally responsible coffee, Brew Coffee Spot in La Mesa has made the commitment to reduce our ecological footprint as a business. We do that by offering ceramic cups for hot drinks and glassware for cold drinks. Our food is served on real plates with silverware. This not only enhances your dining experience but it helps to reduce waste by enormous amounts. In fact, considering our volume, we throw away a fraction of the trash produced by other coffee shops. We feel good about it and so should you.
For customers on the go, both of our locations serve our drinks with cups and straws made from plants (PLA) which are 100% compostable. Even our to-go forks, spoons, and knives are made from plants. Plastic may be cheaper but our planet is worth the extra cost.
